THE GoMSBURG ADDRESS:
                       
Four years and seven months ago our Sysop brought forth into 
cyberspace a new BBS, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the  
proposition that all accounts are created equal. Now we are engaged in  
a great user war, testing whether that board or any board so  
conceived and so dedicated can long endure. We are met on a great  
battle-forum of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of  
that forum as a final resting-place for those who here gave their  
accounts that that board might live. It is altogether fitting and  
proper that we should do this. But in a larger sense, we cannot  
dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot make exempt these posts.  
The brave users, active and deleted who flamed here have consecrated  
it far above our poor power to add or detract. The board will  
little capture nor securely backup what we say here, but it 
can never forget what they posted here. It is for us the logged on 
rather to be  
dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who flamed here  
have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here  
dedicated to the great task remaining before us--that from these  
honored suspended we take increased devotion to that cause for which  
they gave the last full measure of devotion--that we here highly  
resolve that these users shall not have been suspended in vain, that this  
board under Autox shall have a new birth of freedom, and that  
Admin of the users, by the users, for the users shall  
not be deleted from Cyberspace.
